Payment

Cancellations

Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the scheduled service will be subject to a 15% cancellation fee. Customers have up to 24 hours prior to their appointment to cancel without incurring any charges. This policy ensures that our technicians' time and availability are respected. To cancel or reschedule your appointment, please contact us as soon as possible. We appreciate your understanding and cooperation.

Liability

Nashville Mobile Detail is not liable for any damage or loss caused as a result of using our services, except where such damage or loss is directly caused by our negligence or willful misconduct.
